Happiness

Tea after a fabric shopping spree

This is an extract from an article by Lesley Garner from the Telegraph a couple of weeks ago, which actually struck a chord with us all:-

Happiness is what we feel when we lose our self-consciousness and let down our barriers. Happiness is a side-effect of complete absorbtion in some activity which demands all our attention. It is more likely to find us when we are joined with a group of other people, losing our egos in a collective experience.
